Genealogy Fair

Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce that things are looking fantastic for the upcoming Genealogy Fair.  Most of the tables have been reserved and our slate of speakers have been confirmed with some educational and very entertaining topics.  We have had some wonderful sponsors and partners join us already and we are very excited as we roll down the last few weeks leading to the event.  Press Releases for the event began going out this week to area papers and magazines and our brochure has been finalized and is ready to be distributed.  You will find a copy attached.

One of the greatest contributions to this event that you can make is to spread the word to your community,  family, and friends.  The attached brochure was designed to be either distributed electronically or printed in hard copy to be handed out to members of your organizations, dropped off at libraries, churches, schools, local retailers, restaurants, etc. (although the brochure is in color, it looks great printed in black and white/gray scale).  You can also help by mentioning the event in your newsletter, web site, and on-line event calendars.  Your help in promoting the event to anyone that might be interested in genealogy would be greatly appreciated.

I have also attached a Press Release that can be forwarded to your local community papers, magazines, community newsletters, etc.  Or, feel free to forward email contacts to me of your local media, and I will issue the Press Release to them if you prefer.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you again at the Genealogy Fair on Saturday, February 23rd.

Sincerely,
